The nation has voted for a stable government and no scope for horse-trading,bargaining and such unethical practices anymore. And now the question is who deserves the credit of this fabulous performance?Its none but Rahul Gandhi."He has got a smile that wins everything". yea ,this ever-smiling young- turk who was the star campaigner of congress party has done the trick.Within 35 sunny days he ran around 19 states and addressed 102 meetings.
Rahul's decision to oppose others in polls without any allies in states like Uttar Pradesh,Bihar has surprised many senior leaders. when the results were out he proved that he was right in his decision.Now the leaders as well as workers in the congress party says in a single voice that he was the hero of the 15th lok-sabha election.He has catched more heights when he declined the offer of Dr Singh to join the ministry.He followed his mother, who rejected the offer to become prime-minister in 2004.But we have to wait and see how long will he be able to keep his promises.

ഒരു കൂട്ടലിനും,കിഴിക്കലിനും,മന കണക്കിനും വിധി പറയാന്‍ പറ്റാതിരുന്ന പതിനഞ്ചാം ലോക സഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് അങ്ങനെ കടന്നു പോയി.ദേശാടനക്കിളികളെ പോലെ അവരെത്തി വിജയിച്ചു മടങ്ങി.ഒരു തവണ ബി.ജെ.പി. എങ്കില്‍ അടുത്ത തവണ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ്‌ ,വര്‍ഷങ്ങളായി നിലനിന്നിരുന്ന ഈ പ്രവണതയ്ക്ക് മാറ്റം വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നാണ് തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഫലങ്ങള്‍ സൂചിപ്പികുന്നത്.തിരിച്ചറിവില്‍ താരതമ്യേന ദരിദ്രരായ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ജനത വിദ്യാ സമ്പന്നരെ പോലെ അവരുടെ കര്‍ത്തവ്യം നിര്‍വഹിച്ചു. രാമ ക്ഷേത്രവും ,രണ്ടു രൂപക്കരിയും എല്ലാം ജനം തള്ളി കളഞ്ഞു.

അസ്ഥിര മുന്നണി എന്ന ചീത്ത പേര് മുന്നാം മുന്നണിക്ക്‌ നേരത്തെ ഉണ്ടെകിലും ജനം എന്തുകൊണ്ട് അവരെ പാടെ അവഗണിച്ചു. മുന്നാം മുന്നണിയിലെ പ്രമുഘരായ സി.പി .എമ്മിന് എവിടയാണ് പിഴച്ചത്.തങ്ങളുടെ ഉരുക്ക് കോട്ടയായ ബെന്ങലുപോലും അവരെ കൈവിട്ടു.തത്വതിഷ്ടിത നിലപാടുകളില്‍ നിന്ന് കാല്‍ക്കുലേറ്റര്‍ രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലേക്ക് സി. പി.എം ചുവടു മാറ്റി എന്ന് ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക്‌ തോന്നി തുടങ്ങിയോ.വര്‍ഗീയവാതികള്‍ എന്ന് തങ്ങള്‍ തന്നെ ഒരിക്കല്‍ വിശേഷിപ്പിച്ച പി.ഡി. പി യെ കൂടെ കുട്ടിയതും , കാര്‍ഷിക വല്‍കരണത്തെ മറന്നുകൊണ്ട് കാര്‍ഷിക ഭൂമിയുടെ നെഞ്ചില്‍ വ്യവസായ വല്‍കരനതിന്നു ശ്രമിച്ചതും പട്ടിണി കിടന്നു പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തെ വളര്‍ത്തിയ കര്‍ഷകരുടെ നെഞ്ജിലേക്ക് വെടിയു‌ണ്ട പായിച്ചപ്പോഴും അവര്‍ പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു.പിന്നെ മറ്റൊരു മുഖ്യ കാരണം ചരിത്രത്തില്‍ ഇന്ന് വരെ കമ്മ്യൂണിസ്റ്റ്‌ പാര്‍ടിയില്‍ ഇല്ലാതിരുന്ന വിഭാഗീയത ."ശത്രുവിന്റെ ശത്രു മിത്രം" എന്ന ഫോര്‍മുലയാണ് ബെന്ങാളില്‍ പാര്‍ട്ടിക്ക് തിരിച്ചടിയയതെങ്കില്‍ കേരളത്തിലെ തോല്‍വിയെ കുറിച്ച് എന്തുന്യായമാണ് പറയാനാവുക.

The campaigns witnessed wide usage of modern technologies. I was surprised to see advaniji smiling in the ad space of my orkut profile. The walls,trees,electric post etc seemed to be precious on those days.candidates and political parties competed eachother to paste and place more and more posters,fluxes etc. television channels,fm radios,newspapers proved that they can also do some. whenever I watch all these I thought of joe sir’s class, especially his words on financial crisis. Will these extravegance help our economy.
The deadline of election campaign ended in clash.hundreds of people including six policemen were injured in clashes in kozhikode. Mr N.K.Damodaran Namboodiri B J P candidate in kottayam constituency also injured in violence. The L D F and U D F supporters fought eachother in malappuram district and the police fired in the air and lobbed teargas shells to disperse violence.
candidates(from student leader to UN under secretary general) are investing more and more money knowing that they could get back their investment with enormous profit.but I don’t know why these foolish people fight for them.eventhough supporters fight and die for them, the leaders or parties have nothing to lose. Kerala is state with zen percent literacy,most of the youth of kerala are well educated ,now its time for them to think and realise why people of our state is still like some of those in North India ? If we die fighting for our country its patriotism, fighting eachother inside the country is “foolishness”.

ഒരു സര്‍കാരിന്റെ നേട്ടങ്ങളും വിഴ്ച്ചകളും തുറന്നു ചര്‍ച്ചചെയപെടെണ്ട സ്ഥലമാണ്‌ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് പ്രചരണ വേദികള്‍ . എന്നാല്‍ ഇകഴിഞ്ഞ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിന്റെ പ്രചരണ വേദികളില്‍ ഒന്നും തന്നെ പൊതു താല്‍പര്യ വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യപെട്ടില്ല.സീറ്റ് വിഭജനം, മുന്നണി ബന്ദങ്ങള്‍, വിമതര്‍ തുടങ്ങി അപ്രധാന വിഷയങ്ങള്‍ ഏറെ ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയപെട്ടു .അബ്ദുല്‍ നാസര്‍ മദിനി യെ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ പ്രധാന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് വിഷയമാകി. അതുപോലെ തന്നെ രാഷ്ട്രിയ പാര്‍ട്ടികളും അവരവരുടെ നേട്ടങ്ങള്‍ ജനങ്ങളില്‍ എത്തികുന്നതില്‍ പരാജയപെട്ടു. എന്ത് കൊണ്ട് ഇങ്ങനെ സംഭവിക്കുന്നു? യു. പി.എ ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ഇടതുപക്ഷത്തിന്റെ സഹായത്തോടെ പൊതു മിനിമം പരിപാടിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ നടപ്പിലാകിയ പല ജനപ്രിയ പദ്ധതികളും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പില്‍ എടുത്തു കാട്ടാന്‍ കോണ്‍ഗ്രസിന്‌ സാധിച്ചില്ല. ഉദാഹരണത്തിന് ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതി, കര്‍ഷക കടാശ്വാസ പദ്ധതി ,വിവരാവകാശ നിയമം മുതലായവ.
മായാവതികും, ജയലളിതകും എതിരെ നിരന്ദരം അഴിമതി ആരോപണങ്ങള്‍ ഉന്നയിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നവര്‍, നവീന്‍ പട്നൈകിനെ വര്‍ഗീയ വാദി എന്നും സാമ്രാജിത്വവാദി എന്നും വിശേശിപിച്ചവര്‍.തത്വാതിഷ്ടിത നിലപാടുകള്‍ ഉയര്‍ത്തി പിടിച്ച സി.പി. എം അവരും കണക്കു കൂട്ടല്‍ രാഷ്ദ്രിയതിലെക്കോ? അതും ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യ പെട്ടില്ല. ആരാധനാലയം തകര്‍ത്ത കേസിലെ മുഖ്യ പ്രതി പ്രധാന മന്ത്രി ആയാലും, അമ്മയോ മകനോ അവര്‍ നിയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും തൊപ്പിയോ പ്രധാന മന്ത്രി ആയാലും അതില്‍ നമ്മുടെ അഭിപ്രായവും രേഖപെടുതിയല്ലോ എന്ന് വോട്ടു ചെയ്ത സാധാരണകാരനു സമാധാനിക്കാം.
